PRESS RELEASE

Former BRP Leaders Form Retail Consulting Partners, LLC to Continue Advising Leading Retailers

New firm will maintain sole retail industry focus while leveraging strong project experience and proven methodologies

BOSTON (PRWEB) NOVEMBER 15, 2019

Several members of the former Boston Retail Partners (BRP) leadership team have formed Retail Consulting Partners, LLC (RCP). RCP’s leadership team will be leveraging its knowledge of industry leading practices, strategy, selection, and implementation methodologies combined with a strong partner network to deliver solutions to leading retailers. The RCP organization will continue its focus on delivery excellence, which has led to 82% repeat business from existing clients, and will be assuming many of the existing BRP client relationships and engagements.

“We’re excited to start this new chapter, and we look forward to growing our partnerships with the industry’s leading software and hardware vendors. These partnerships, combined with RCP’s deep retail business knowledge and proven cross-functional capabilities of its delivery consultants, uniquely position our organization as a continued leader in the retail-focused consulting space,” said Ryan Grogman, Managing Partner, RCP.

The RCP team is made up of industry leaders and team members who have all worked in retail, giving them the ability to provide solutions and consulting expertise that are grounded with “real-world” retail experience and leading practices. The RCP leadership team averages over 30 years of retail and consulting experience.

RCP’s vision is to continue the story, the success, the relationships, and the reputation of BRP. RCP’s values, mission and objectives will align closely with many of the same differentiators that made BRP a leader and such a successful firm. By remaining focused solely on the retail industry, Retail Consulting Partners will continue to perform as an innovative retail management consulting firm dedicated to providing superior service and value to our clients.

RCPs practice areas of focus include Strategy, Business Process Engineering, Point of Sale (POS), mobile technology, e-commerce, Payment Security, Store Operations, CRM, Order Management, Merchandise Management, Supply Chain, and Vendor/Marketplace Assessments and Due Diligence.
